WHY I ALWAYS MEET MAD PEOPLE?? ARE THERE ONLY MAD PEOPLE LEFT ON EARTH?

i so swear i am so angry!! please tell me customers are NOT ALWAYS RIGHT!! appointments arranged 1 week ago with third party insurance company and you last minute tell me u cant make it?? u didnt even apologise or anything and demand for the appointment to be 30mins earlier.

me: tomorrow there's an appointment at 10.30am as arranged last week.

customer: i i cant make it. can i go on mon?

me: hmmm but it's arranged with the other party already.

customer: i really cant make it. tell them 10am. i will not wait one hor!!!! TELL THEM DONT BE LATE. (hang phone)

seriously i am not deaf. you are the one asking for my help and u have to speak so loudly over the phone. wth is this??

i know u may think that its a small matter i am making a big fuss. but there's soooooo many of these typical people in singapore !! everyday i meet some SIAO LANG. ok another reason why i am always so angry is because they are totally not like that when they send in their car after the accident. they are all so angelic. BUT after they take their car, its a different story at all. when u need them to come and sign documents when the claim is settled, they will make a big fuss out of it. (aiyoo your workshop so far.. i stay in jurong leh. i'm not free why u all take so long to claim. why claim so much etc etc etc..) to every single one of them, we are all out to cheat their money. think about it, will insurance company let us cheat their money? NO! not at all. maybe 10 years ago workshop people can claim a large amount of money BUT NOT NOW!! okay. enough said. you might still think im too short tempered. but i really am not.. customers just dont understand no matter how much i explain and they drive me up the wall.
